The vision is to develop college-level hoopers and world-class humans. The work that produces a player who contributes at the next level is the same work that produces a great leader, teammate, daughter, friend.
Marion is a place where players come to get better, get challenged, and get supported. We aim to compete for conference titles and state tournaments. We will graduate young women who own their future, on the court and off.

The work that wins games in February happens in July. Long before the first day of the season. Long before the lights come on for everyone else. The Night Pack trains when everyone else is sleeping. The season is where we show how much we've grown since last year.
